Mason David Ruble Obituary, Death – Mason David Ruble was born on November 15, 2002 in Salina, Kansas to parents David and Angie (Armstrong) Ruble. Mason is their first child together. He spent the majority of his 20 years of life in the Minneapolis, Kansas area. After completing his high school education in 2021, he attended Salina Tech and earned an associate’s degree in Diesel Mechanics. He then began working as a mobile mechanic in and around Salina. As a banjo musician, he established his reputation when he was still quite young. His musical career led him around the country. Mason was a well-liked old soul who was known for his authenticity, inquisitiveness, and appreciation for the outdoors.

On Saturday, October 21, 2023, he made his final journey home to be with Jesus, his Lord and Savior. His maternal grandfather, Martin Armstrong, as well as his paternal grandparents, Janie and Larry Ruble, passed away before he was born. His uncle Jay Armstrong was the first member of his family to pass away. His parents, David and Angie Ruble, his brother Wayne Ruble, his maternal grandmother, Sally Armstrong; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and Libby Hardacre, the woman he loved most in the world are among his survivors.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 26 from 2:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the Wilson Family Funeral Home, which is located at 405 Argyle Ave., Minneapolis, Kansas 67467. The family will not be present. On Friday, October 27, at 11:00 AM, memorial services will be held at the Bennington Bible Church, which is located at 824 N. Nelson in Bennington, Kansas. Funeral rites will be held privately at the gravesite in the Highland Cemetery in Minneapolis. The family respectfully begs that there be no flowers sent in lieu of memorial contributions to the Mason Ruble Memorial Fund. This fund will be utilized to support a variety of scholarships related to bluegrass music. They can be entrusted to the care of the funeral home if you so want.
