Terrace supervised many episodes of DuckTales in 2017 and made Webby Vanderquack “more lively.” Terrace later described this employment as a place where she didn’t feel “fulfilled artistically or emotionally,” prompting her to start her own show. Despite the fact that she had never seen the program prior to working on it, the line producer for the second season of Gravity Falls was also working on DuckTales and brought her on board.
