Smoothies have always been a big thing in my house. When the children were little it was a way to get fruit and vegetables into them. Now it’s an easy way to fill that big hunger hole they get after school. Once they’re old enough they make their own. You can add flaked oats and milk as well, but resist putting any sugar in it. This whole quantity would be good for a teenager; half of it would be good for under 12s.
